Your Health in Your Hands

Welcome to:

Juice Junkies

It’s all about the squeeze!

There is a definite turn in the way people are starting to think about their health and well-being....and that’s good!  We are starting to question information and direction that would have ordinarily been un-questionably accepted.  For some of us, the medical route has failed and we have been left in limbo.  For others, the diet industry has meant a permanent round-about of yo-yo dieting.  Whatever your reason.....

.....It’s time to take a stand and make healing and health your No.1 priority!

We all have the power to bring about better healing if we allow our bodies the right set of circumstances.  Diet and nutrition are major factors in this role.

Juicing is key!

Why.....

1.  Freshly squeezed juices are packed full of nutrients, vitamins and living enzymes.

⦁ Drinking the juice of fresh vegetables and fruits by-passes your stomach and hits your blood stream with a BANG.

⦁ Detoxifying with nutrient dense, enzyme laden juices allows you to feed your body with exactly what it needs.

⦁ Digestive tract has time to rest and re-coup.

⦁ You are now hosing out the debris on the inside!

When you juice you allow the body to heal itself, you create energy that is normally used for digestion, you feed your cells vital force, but most importantly.....you take your health to a new level of well-being.

‘When you heal the whole body – you heal everything’ Elizabeth Gerson (The Gerson Therapy)

Imagine never taking a bath or a shower.....on the inside!

And before you all start shouting at me  I know the body has a natural tendency to cleanse....BUT.....the typical western diet determines how effective that cleanse is.  Its a bit like expecting a shiny fresh clean floor after using dirty greasy water.....aint gonna happen!  Our bodies can only do so much, and unless we ‘help’ it, we can’t expect too much.

Oh and just for the record – i’m talking about juicing fresh vegetables and fruits....NOT buying it in a carton, tub or bottle.  There is NO substitute for the ‘real’ thing....unless you’ve contacted a company that specialise in (literally) juicing on your behalf.

I hope you love the juices and smoothies on the next few pages?  If you have a particular favourite that you would like to share, please send it via the contact page with your name, and i’ll put it up
